This project is investigating the adaptation of migrant integration services to the challenges and constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on approaches to service user involvement/ co-production. Focusing on non-profit/community organisations in Montreal and Glasgow, the research considers how organisations are changing their services (moving online, cancelling events and activities, changing the way they work with service users), the challenges they are currently facing during the pandemic, and the ways in which the co-production of services with service users is challenged and/or modified.

Ce projet étudie l’adaptation des services d’intégration des immigrants face aux défis et aux contraints de la pandémie COVID-19, et l’impact sur les approches de la participation et de la collaboration des usagers de services. Je focalise sur les organisations communautaires/ les OBNLs à Montréal et à Glasgow pour examiner comment les organisations modifient leurs services (services transférés en ligne, activités annulées, procédures modifiées…), les défis pendant la pandémie, et les manières dont la co-production avec les usagers de services est remise en question et/ou modifiée.
